MATROP builds software for lawful direct selling plans. In India, direct selling is covered by the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. You, the business owner, must make sure your business plan follows these rules; the software does not make a plan compliant. Check the rules on the Department of Consumer Affairs website, consumeraffairs.nic.in, and take advice from your own lawyer or chartered accountant.
The software calculates commissions from the sales and team records under your plan. It does not promise or create earnings for anyone.
